    • 1 cup (115 g) shredded cheddar cheese

    • 1/4 cup (60 g) salsa (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the creamy mixture.
In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning until smooth and well combined.
2. Prepare serving cups.
Set out 8 small clear cups (8 oz/240 ml size works well).
3. Add refried beans.
Layer 2 tbsp of refried beans into the bottom of each cup, spreading evenly.
