# Direction Steps:
01 - Lay out all sourdough slices. Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each slice. For enhanced crispiness, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on the opposite side.
02 - Place two bread slices butter-side down on your work surface. Layer each with one slice sharp cheddar, one slice provolone, and half the shredded mozzarella. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered side facing up.
